Strategic Planning for Non Profit Organizations

Strategic Planning is a planning process that involves the board of directors of a non-profit organization. There are several exercises involved in the process. the Information Gathering Session, SWOT Analysis, Value Exercise, Goal Setting, People Development, and Marketing Exercise. All elements are then combined into a published Strategic Plan for the organization which the board will then implement over a period of three to five years. We engage the organization over a period of 6 month in order to complete the plan.
